You retain ownership of content you create on the Service. By posting content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, display, and transmit your content as necessary to operate the Service (for example, displaying your message to other room members).

Room owners are responsible for managing their rooms, including setting permissions, moderating content, and managing members. We are not responsible for content posted by users in rooms.
The Service includes AI-powered features (such as summaries and tool generation). AI-generated content is provided for convenience and may not always be accurate. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated content before relying on it.
Some features of the Service may require a paid subscription. Payment is processed through Stripe. Subscription terms, pricing, and cancellation policies are presented at the time of purchase. Refunds are handled in accordance with applicable law and our refund policy.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine is harmful to the Service or other users. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CommonRoom AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new terms in the app or sending a notification. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles.
